iceberge 20-Aug-08, 03:01	lol it does have a head its just cuz its a little pic u cant make it out very well. it made my hair look realy white same as the background so u cant make it out very well. Oh yeh and dont go looking for things that are wrong in the club its not a contest. well savy as we are hippys we dont need a pub we just drink where ever man. In your garden would be good and we can get back amongst nature as we get wasted and play our guitars.

savy1 24-Aug-08, 13:49	hey muttit glad ur back! i thought of u on my vaca when i went to a car show   wow there were so many great cars from the 50s i was in awe! i just wish i had a camera that day, my kids and i are mad we didnt remember to bring one! ;o( I do have happy news though, we caught the Elvis show! lol In fact, elvis was getting dressed in the restaurant where we sat and had pizza at and my kids were start struck! lol Elvis kept looking at my kids smiling, they loved it! lol

aandersen 26-Aug-08, 23:15	Things take too long to get going. If we look for example at the 2nd CA KO Tournament, the idea for this and the sign up was first posted on 30th July. I’ve lost count of how many people actually signed up, but I’m sure it is enough , and yet here we are nearly a month later and nothing has happened. I know and accept that patience is not something I’m good at, but please. Is there any reason we cant get this thing underway before people forget that they ever signed up for it?
aandersen 26-Aug-08, 23:36	Second Complaint When events are underway, I think there needs to be some way of keeping people updated about what is going on. The mini tournament is easy because people can look that up for themselves. The sort of thing I’m thinking about is that in the 1st CA KO tournament, I’m playing against muttit in the second round. I have no idea what is happening in the rest of this tournament. I think for every event. You should ask for a volunteer to oversee it and provide people with updates. Hopefully, you might get a different volunteer for each event. I do feel that keeping everyone informed about what is going on in the event in general will make things more interesting for everyone. I’m sure I’m not the only nosey one who needs to know stuff like this.
bobbob78 27-Aug-08, 07:00	I think Anne is spot on. it is true that it sometime take too long for the event to take place. I remember signing up for the second CA mini tournament but right now I'm maxed out on tourney and I gave my commitment on 2 others. I hope will be able to pull that off...... And on the other complaint I will be willing to volunteer on couple event as we need some supervision.

savy1 27-Aug-08, 07:57	it's great to hear complaints,   this way we know what is working or not.  but as u all know iceberge and i have a lot going on as far as taking caRE OF THIS CLUB and THE TEAM AND not to mention the website too. if you see a need for something anne please volunteer like bobbob has. bobob we will think of something for u as well but in the meantime, we need volunteers badly and anne u can take this one.. sorry for the caps my keyboard sticks (muttit dont say a thing! lol)

iceberge 27-Aug-08, 13:07	ok the reason the 2nd ko has not started is cuz we were waiting to get 16 people. U were getting in contact with people in the club anne asking them to join in on the forums and tournaments so i was hoping this would help to get it up to 16. Ive been on the site this week alot but the previouse 2 weeks i wasnt on much so this is why the KO has not started but i will start it up and unless anyone eles joins i will have to give 1 person i think a bye. your 2nd complaint i think we will get 1 or 2 people to look over everything such as 1 person to look over all tourneys and another to contact people. I think getting a different person to look over each tourney is a bad idea cuz then if someone is away or does not update there tourney then i will have to chase them up. This will mean i will still have to keep an eye on all tourney but if we have 1 person to deal with them all then it will be easy to keep track of everything and i wont have to keep going round lots of people. There will be a 2nd person looking over the tourneys in case the first person is away.

Yes perhaps you are right and a dedicated events person should be appointed. My personal choice for this position would be Jeremy (bobbob) but whover it is, i will be willing to help in any way i can.

bobbob78 28-Aug-08, 14:17	Explanation needed Alright I'm not the type to be very confrontational but I think I need an explanation. We have 72 members and only a handful that actively participate in club thread or event and 3 are managements. We even have a hard time find a 7th person for the 1st CA mini tourney. Now the 1st CA started well but people started to lose interest and a lot of confusion appear. It took me half hour to straighten everything. So I did take over the tournament to try to rekindle the tourney and I was shut down and I think I had positive response from people even from Eddie. Now he left and I'm pissed. What was the purposed behind this power trip. I thought it was a friendly club. I didn't think I needed the permission to try to help the club. We don't hear really much from Iceberge for 2 weeks ( ok maybe he's busy) but you shut me down and now we don't ear from you again. Eddie leave and nobody try to address the problem. So here I am If you don't think there is a problem in this club you are blind. 1st anne 2nd Eddie and now Me Hello pastern emerging. I'm not trying to be mean but I need a positive reaction from the management because honestly I think Savy work positively to get the club running smoothly but I desagree with Iceberge attitude and Muttit lack of interest. Something is awfully wrong.

To start with there were problems caused in the white v black team game and peoples feelings were hurt and then u tell me to show more leadership and when i do u now come out saying u dont like my attitude. I show the leadership u want me to by making the decision to appoint a tournament director but u go above my head. i dont realy understand what u want. Its good u want to sort things out and im sure ul do a good job in controling the tourneys. This is a club for fun and i wish people would try and enjoy themselfs and not take everything so serious muttit and sav are doing just that. This is a fun and friendly club and i wish people would enjoy it.
bobbob78 28-Aug-08, 16:20	leadership I think leadership is showing people how to do thing not telling people how to do thing. I call that bossy. Now I might hurt your feeling but my feeling is hurt too. I stop having fun in the club for a couple of week now and because I like the club I try something and YOU didn't like it. As it stand I'm leaving the club but because I'm going out of town this week end I will let it rest until Tuesday. I want to see how the rest of our little community react and I will make my final decision then. That will also apply for the club as well if I decide to leave.

I thought we were all friends please let's keep it this way. I just wonder where our members are that do not ever post at all? I think we are all feeling this way because we are the only members posting... well u know what I mean, there are more but not too many at all. We all read one anothers true feelings and I think it is important we get it off our chest whatever is bothering us. This will make our club and our friendships much stronger. so please ... don't leave the club   Let's keep this line of communication going!
