Good Point My personal opinion is we shall not look into past 90 days rating and shall proceed with the current rating, after all we are playing here for fun. If we win 100 % also what we are going to achieve nothing but self satisfaction, boosting ourself that we done a great job by winning, a win is a win and lose is a lose, By practically my experience about this game is the more when we lose by ending games the more we learn from our mistakes, that is what i always explain my students. I dont know about other teams players but so far my royal members never made any kind of objections on this, several time i accepted and approved other team challenges for my lower rating player when ever i see opponent player last ratings i.e (90 days rating 1500) and current 1000, I dont mind arranging games for those kind of player bcoz this team is completely least bothered about wins, lose and timeouts, we just enjoy our games inspite of what ever the results comes and many occasions my team members has lost their games with those kind of players but in return they learned a lot and at present they are doing very well with the same rating player, |
