Some of this was mentioned during a coaching game with ubermensch43. My team matches against papasal, gocats, and albinim either with one game or the entire match were all examples of this moment. One way to reduce this, "Fight or Flight Syndrome" is through spa treatments. Spa treatments are not regular spas that involve messages, so what are spa treatments? Spa treatments are amenities that include steam rooms, saunas, hot tubs, and hot showers that are at least 104F, or 40C for a total of at least 15 minutes, enough time to alleviate and possible eliminate. I have done these before, and they have helped me to improve my chess games as well as increase my ratings.
