 Aliens by 2030?Now here is a prediction I hope holds up! The russians are predicting alien contact by 2030. A media beat up, no doubt. But raises the question, will we breach the gulf? |

similar to us, and developed technology along the same lines, we would see radio first, probes or satellites second, robot landers third and an attempt at communication somewhere in between. But a few hundred thousand light years between drinks makes for an awfully slow conversation. Probably better off directing the funding to physics at the moment. |
