Players could choose to play on an unrated basis if they wish. I could keep a score sheet and match people up for games. Then it would be up to the players to get a game started and report the outcome. For the starting position, I had in mind that I would thumb through MCO 14th and find a game where the end notes at a certain point score a game as more or less even with chances for both sides. Of course, let me know if you have suggestions. Other ideas would be welcome.
