![]() I have been asked how to do this so i will try to explain in words but i feel i may have to create a youtube vid. From your home page select My stats/profile. From here select Past game history. Find the game you wish to annotate and click on its result. Click on Annotate. To post the annotations you have two choices:- 1: If you have annotated the game offline then you click on Import/Export and from the menu that appears select Import PGN. Then paste the game PGN complete with annotations and click Submit 2: Annotate the game on the page by selecting the moves to annotate and entering your comments in the text box below the board. When all annotations have been entered then Click Save. To enable others to see and comment on your game then tick the make annotation public box. Click Submit then OK. Close the annotation window. To post the annotation in a forum or private message:- Go to your Stats/Profile page and this time select Annotated games. Click on the annotation you wish to post. Now right click in the address bar of your browser and select Copy. Finally in the forum text box or private message paste the link. Now submit the post/message and its all done. |

![]() In addition to what Pete says above, keep in mind you can annotate a game in progress as well. Beneath any game (game board OR analysis board), click on "Annotate." This will bring up the annotation window. You can write anything you like and then click "Save." Then, you can come back and make additions and changes anytime by clicking on the "Annotated Games" link on your "My stats/profile" page or "My Games" page. [note: you may not see this link until you have saved your first annotation.] After the game, I might completely change something I wrote during the game. But sometimes I'll leave it as is. Anyway, just pointing out some options. |

![]() and a good idea about annotating as you go. I did not know you could do that. |
