A tangled mess...
How to find order in such disarray?
The first move was my first prospect, as it kind of jumps right out at you, Rd1+.
But the follow-up has a speed bump: move 3.

1. Rd1+...Kb7 (forced)
2. Bd4+...Ka3 (forced)
3. R×a1+! (turning point)...Kb4 (forced)
4. Ka4#

Why is 3. R×a1+ the "turning point?"
Because, the first time I tried this, I missed it.
So, move 3 is the one to think about, while just looking at the puzzle start. This combo should be easy to visualize because only one Black piece moves: the d8 Castle 🏰

20/25 = 80% ~ not too shabby. 🌝
