1. Qf6...f×e6 (so when 2. Qf4+...e5)

Otherwise, W has 4 threats: Qe7#, Nb7#, Qf4#, e×f7#, depending on Blk's reply:
• If 1...(e4B moves) 2. Qe7# (e1R covers e5)

• If 1...Rf2, 2. Nb7#

• If 1...(c4N moves), 2. Qf4#

• If 1...B×c5, 2. e×f7#

Not likely from a real game, but interesting nonetheless!
