does engine consider draw?

I had a look at the continuation (+13.4) and I saw 8. … Qe5+ 9. Kf7 Qh8, then no promotion..
I think White can go on the promotion with 8. … Qe5+ 9. Kg8 and Nothing more than "draw"

Most likely the solution is the one that prolongs the agony the most
