I'm a bit surprised that the solve rate is under 50%, but I thought this was moderately difficult.

I was pleased that I saw the solution quickly enough to have solved it in blitz mode. I may have seen the position before though.

it was averagely difficult, all moves require thinking, I had thought of Rxh3 but didn't know the follow up until just pressing solve and figuring it out that way.
a nice challenge.

Around 50% seems reasonable, since many solvers will waste their guesses on the Usual Suspects at move two. They may even go back and try different first moves, as I did. That second move is easily dismissed because it doesn't "look right", but once the idea is seen it's clear sailing.

Low solved rate tricked me
I spent a lot of time looking at first moves other than Rxh3, assuming *that* was what was tripping folks up. Should have gone with my gut.

Not an easy puzzle
The first two moves were hard to see. How does a puzzle like this get into the easy group?

Solve rate is currently dropping
When I solved the puzzle, the solve rate was at 46%, now it's down to 43%. I wonder if the site now counts a single misstep as failing to solve?

Sneaky Queen Attack...
...moving the Q's attack rank down to the 8th rank caught me entirely by surprise, but after playing it, it totally made sense!!
