Well, that was fun!
After considering Q×R+ and Ne5, it suddenly dawned on me, the Q doesn't have to move all the way to the R ~ how about a nice fork?

1. Qe7+ (fork)...Kc8 (forced)
2. Qe8+...R×e8 (forced)
3. R×e8#

That's what B gets for having his B & N switched places! Or, for not having castled! Maybe both.
