Why is the solve rate so low? This is a very easy problem. Maybe because the first move is no check (or a Q-sac).

Nice for the easy section
The double function of Nb7 is pretty, just the Rook on h7 is superfluous.

Black would like to castle out of it, but white points out that the h8 rook has already moved to allow the rook on h7.

Good point, I often forget about the castling option in problems.
The black Rook on g8 instead of h8 would make it possible to delete Rh7 it seems, making for a better looking puzzle.

Moving the black rook to g8 would ruin the effect of counterintuitively releasing the black king.
