Classic..
Not too hard to work out the first move once you see what can't be done where..a process of elimination and keeping black hemmed in...however, the second move proves quite tricky to deduce when your pet first move seems to undo you..as said, nice classic arrangement...

It has to be the queen move!
The queen was sitting in no man's land. After this move everything falls into place.

CAN'T UNDERSTAND BLACK'S MOVE ?
First of all...do try to understand that black is in zugzwang.
Qf8 carries no real threat until black makes a move.
Knight moves will either allow the queen to protect the knight at c5 or the white bishop to control the a2-g8 diagonal.
Moves by the black bishop or pawn will allow the white rook (e1) and knights to do their mating tasks.
I hope I have simplified enough for you.
