Not at all difficult, but the position is unusual enough that it has to be solved by thought rather than just bashing the pieces around instinctively. I expect the current 78% solve rate will not rise much.

I agree, most probably the solve rate will stop at 100%.

I think not
As long as one person has already failed, I'm not a mathematician, but how can it be possible to rise to 100%?

As I understand the counting of the success percentage
(which could be wrong)

One is counted as having tried as soon as one clicks on the problem, and not counted as having solved it until one solves it. Therefore, if everyone who has clicked on the problem is still trying, and eventually solves it, then the solve rate could reach 100%.

But maybe I don't understand how the counting works.

counting as having tried?
@existentialist you could be right. I thought it didn't start until you clicked on solve. Maybe one of the long-timers could help us out here.

As the percent is calculated by computer, if you get close enough to 100% it will round up

Moving in your mind!
I think the point made by phonybenoni is important. I try to solve puzzles mentally before moving on the board because this is what real play requires and it's good practice. I don't always succeed but I'm getting better.

I agree. One of the things that makes this one easier is that in a 2-mover, you can rarely allow a spite check which means the first move must be a check.
