I first played this combo 15 years ago, and it's still impressive!
The author is apparently no longer active on Gameknot, but I wonder where this puzzle came from; was it from a real game, or is it a composition? If a real game, what were the opening moves, so I can be more aware of what to avoid/or look for?

1. Nh6+...Kh8 (if ...g×h6, 2. Qg4+...mate next)
2. f×g7+...K×g7 (forced)
3. Qg4+...Kh8 (if ...Kh6, 2. Qg5#)
4. Bf6#
