I think, Queen in a5 is the best move to a quick check mat
isn't it?

If you move queen to a5 as first move, black will start to mess with your king by moving tower to g4 that makes it possible to escape the check mate. I had to see the solution to realize it was possible to force a mate, otherwise I considered a5 to be a good first move, winning the black queen ++

If queen to a5
Then
1.. Rh1+
2. Kxh1 Qh4+
3. Kg1 Qxd4+

And the black queen and light squared bishop can keep checking white king quite alot
