Am I Missing something?
What is wrong with 2.Qc5xb6, which seems to leave black down in material with a muted offense? Why give up the queen for nothing?

That's a good one yes I missed this I saw Qa4 but after Kd2 I couldn't see how black continues but black can play Qxd1 and then game over following Rb1+ and Rb2#
