Started looking at this puzzle thinking it looked weird... then thought wouldn't it be cool if this was the solution... then realised it was

The puzzle is damaged by duals, although attractive.
I did my best to enter 'em all but, apparently, overlooked the one you detected.

By the way, chesscode removed his ridiculous problem (#242939), but I managed to save a copy !

Yeah, its a shame c4 wasn't forced.

Ahh, I saw. Wanted to point out it was an illegal position   (I found an alternative* solution so he took it down).

Had the look at some of his other puzzles and made some comments on the original.
