To kingdawarThe guy is copying and publishing materials under his his own name, exactly the same way as your great star around here . So I guess one has the right (and actually the duty) to call them out. |

Not by Karl Fabel either...This was composed by Nikita Plaksin, 1st Prize in the Karl Fabel MT(!), 1976. It has a retrograde analysis element with black pawn on g5 -- this means you can read from the diagram that it is black to move. See puzzle #28791 and sirissac's comment on puzzle #149642.
