Few moves but still difficult

Even though the king is almost completely pinned in at the start of this puzzle it is very difficult to solve. I had to try many times before I found the solution.

Finding the key!

Once I realised Nc5 was the probable mating then clearly the Bishop needs to move and to a7 to prevent Rxa4! Nice puzzle 👌
