Thanks for attend my comment. You are right if you say so. I'm no one to discuss on the issue, but please give a light in the darkness...: Why is not legal the position? Why the threat in the Description about "other ways" ... "other ways" to do what? ... Please help me understand, mr. kingdawar, and thank you for your kind reply.

Not legal position
OK, but I have ever noted that in puzzle positions sometimes pieces are randomly placed despite chess rules, anyhow I understand and thanks for your comment.
