Absolutely amazing

Absolutely amazing how the minor pieces gradually encircle the black king and finally deliver mate. 5 stars awarded and recommended for a daily puzzle. Also a very hard one to solve, although JK1970 always makes it hard so that rather goes without saying

I thought the moves were all fairly obvious and I solved this with no errors. The zugzwang after the fourth move is the nicest feature of this problem. I also appreciated that it was dual-free. I give it two stars.

Well-constructed

This is a well-constructed puzzle. With so much open space on the board to construct it to mate in 6 requires skill to make and to solve (I made a lot of mismoves). I like that the black even promotes the pawn in the course of getting white to corral that black king!
