So it was taken by Attila Turzo from this game Salvatore1964 (1737) - gizmochess (1751), 3 minute online blitz game, 11 June 2023:

1. e4 d5 2. exd5 Nf6 3. Nf3 Bg4 4. Be2 Qxd5 5. O-O Nc6 6. Nc3 Qh5 7. d4 O-O-O 8. d5 e6 9. Bf4 exd5 10. Nb5 a6 11. Nxc7 Rd7 12. Nxa6 Bd6 13. Bxd6 Rxd6 14. Nc5 Ne5 15. Nd4 Re8 16. f4 Bxe2 17. Nxe2 Neg4 18. h3 Ne3 19. Qd3 Nxf1 20. Kxf1 Rc6 21. b4 Ne4 22. Nd4 Rf6 23. Qb5 Rxf4+ 24. Kg1 Re7 25. Nc6 bxc6 26. Qxc6+ Rc7 27. Qe8# 1-0

IM Turzo changed the final moves to 26. Qxc6+ Kd8 27. Qa8+ Kc7 28. Qb7+ Kd6 29. Qb8+ Kc6 30. Qc8+ Kb5 and now we have the position of this entry... that was not easy to find at all.
