Elegant
Only 2 lines yet not that obvious. The train of thought was:
1 What's the purpose of the pawn on d7?
2 realising it can't promote to a Q or R
3 Finding that promoting to B doesn't work
4 See of 1 d8N works and voila!

Promoting to knoght does indeed work, but it took me some time to realise WHY it works, because the knight is too far away to participate in checkmate. The knight does not actually do anything; the under-promotion is just a move to mark time and preserve the zugzwang.
