good one
I was almost certain I had it twice, with
1. Ne-c5 (followed by #xb3! or #Nd-e5 for most of black's responses)
and
1. Kd2 (followed by #Bd3 or #Nb6)

but for both of these, white has a way out because of that pesky bishop.
I got it on the third try.

I tried 1. Qe5, threatening Qd4. I really thought I had it solved but failed to notice that it allowed 1...Rh1+.

I think I would have found the key move earlier, except that I kept thinking it would allow an en passant capture, which of course it does not.
