Static king

The board is very crowded but the key move is not too hard to be detected since the black king has virtually no mobility.

Sorry mate, but B*b4 is check, so Rc4 does not work.

Relatively easy, but I think I took longer than I should have to solve this because I was expecting more action in the bottom half of the board, Black's rooks and the bishop on e1 really play no part, except for thwarting alternate tries by White.
