Not too difficult. Any White move spoils the current set-up, so the idea is fininding a different way to deal with a couple of Black's defenses. The mates are changed from captures to discovered checks, which are more elegant.

if after queen goes on g2 black moves it's pawn to f5..?

Very difficult, but nice. I was blinded by the idea the black King would never be allowed to go to f5.
