Hard? Really?
This should be in the easy section! I normally struggle with the hard puzzles, but this took me about 10 seconds!

Well, with all due respect, who doesn't like to finish off a game this way? But the problem is really simple. Greetings.

"This game."
"If the White Queen moves to G8 the Black Rook is forced to take it and the Black Knight would move to F7 making it Checkmate in two moves."

After the white queen moves to g8 it can be taken by the king and black wins.

We'll, this problem had a solve rate of 59% when I first saw it. I've seen more than a few "hard" puzzles with solve rates this high. What matters to Gameknot is that it has a lower solve rate than the easy puzzle. Though truth be known, I only gave this one star.

Bad puzzle
Why mate in 3 when you can mate in 2?

"Why mate in 3 when you can mate in 2?"
>> Mate in 3 because you cannot mate in 2.

Knight f7+ knight h6+ queen g8+ knight f7 smothers the king and is prettier. Like when a cat plays with a dying mouse.

If Qg8+ then Kxg8. You can mate in 4, (but not 2,) with Nf7+ Kg8 Nh6++ Kh8 Qg8+ (Now the king can't capture because the knight is protecting it.) Rxg8 Nf7#

Easy? Who says?
This puzzle may be easy for you guys but not the 44% who didn't solve it. One thing this puzzle shows you is how to make good use of your bishop.

It seems Mr. Blitzkov's nice mate has been turned into a tactical exercise.

If you check the dates of the comments on the tactics entry, it seems to be the other way around.
