kyboy, the b6 Pawn guards the Queen twice.
Left side (a- column) and right side (c- column).
Same reason Black K goes from c8 to d7, missing c7 because c7 is guarded by the Pawn on b6. Obviously, White can move to c7 and a7, as it's a White Pawn on b6 and it guards the White Queen.
