Ladder issue!!

I have no idea how this happened, yet there is only one logical way this occured (Which Im sure
it didn't happen this way) Someone removed me from "Fast Ladder"
I have spent alot of time getting lower in the ranks of ladder. This morning I was checking my
profile and I noticed that I had no rank? Completely removed from the Fast Ladder and I can not
join becuase I still have 5 games remaining from the previous what ever. I DIDNT REMOVE
MYSELF FROM LADDER SO CAN ANYONE GIVE ME A ANSWER AS TO WHY I WAS REMOVED. SORRY
I BROKE CAPS LOCK WHEN I HAMMER FISTED THE KEYBOARD!

According to our records, and hopefully without revealing too many details (but you have asked in a public forum), your premium membership had lapsed, which was the reason you were automatically retired from the Chess Ladder as it's only available to premium membership subscribers. According to our records, we also sent you 3 automated notifications prior to your premium membership expiring, urging you to renew, and warning you that you'll be otherwise losing access to all the advanced features and premium benefits, including the Chess Ladder. Unfortunately it appears you restarted your premium membership only the next day after it already expired (and 5 days after its original expiration date). Please make sure to renew you premium subscription *before* it expires in the future, to ensure uninterrupted service.
