 When do tournaments progress?
The tournament rules states that it's 99%, but I'm currently waiting for the 203rd intermediate 1st round to end and it's been over 99.5% complete for a while now (currently 2,440 games completed with 12 remaining to play!).

Ignore this- I almost immediately answered my own question; the casual section hasn't finished yet.

Should be per section
I believe this round should have been completed as the adjudication of the games is per section. Maybe it is checked once per day or something like that.

cyberknight999 - the lower sections have to be completed first because anybody who advances to the next round but has increased their rating to be above the sections rating limits gets put through to round two of the next round in the higher section (i.e- casual players will be moved to the intermediate round 2 if their rating goes above 1300, advanced round 2 above 1500, etc.).

I had forgotten about that. So it would seem that you are right.
Note that this only applies for the first two rounds.
