Game analysis

I haven't been able to receive game analysis for over a week. When I want to analyse a game, a message appears stating that there is a game of mine being analyzed and I need to wait 24 hours to have another game analyzed? It's been a week???

Hi, if you mean computer analysis, please see the other thread.

It would be a shame if they don’t fix this, some of us use it to get a quick basic picture of where we went wrong etc in a game. As a paid feature, it’s also a contractual quid pro quo.

We are happy to report it is now back up and running, and no requests were lost in the process. It will, however, take some time for all of the requested analyses to be sent out, so it may still take a few days for everyone to receive their requests.
