"Challenge" function malfunction
I tried to start a game with an individual and got this message:

"Unable to challenge to a game
Player ________ hasn't fully activated their account yet"

So, I sent them a message about it and asked them to try. They sent me this message:

"I have been trying to play you. I have a problem with the system accepting my account. If you put yourself onto the New Game board I can join you the."

I don't know what the "New Game board" is, so I tried to use the challenge link again, and got the same as before:

"Unable to challenge to a game
Player ________ hasn't fully activated their account yet"

Does anybody know what's going on with this situation? And can anyone tell me how to get a game with this person set up?

According to Q14 of the FAQ file at gameknot.com you can only play in a total of 2 games until you've confirmed your email address. Tell your friend to select "Settings" from the side-sliding menu and have him reset his email address after which he should get an email asking to confirm his email address.

I'd also suggest looking at the "Automatic challenge decline rules" also from the settings menu and see if any of these options need changing. I also noticed you recently started four mini-tournament games which puts you over the 12-game limit for non-premium memberships which would prevent you from starting a 13th game.

Thank you for your help. I will relay the info.

Yeah, I know a new game with them will have to wait at this point in time, the attempts I mentioned were made before maxing out the game limit.

If it's OK with you, I'll see if you can think of anything else if the suggestions you made for them to try don't get them fixed up.
