If the black king can castle, then it takes several moves to force mate. Solving the puzzle in 2 moves requires knowing whether or not the king may castle. kingdawar 13-Nov-09, 07:48	It is amusing to see that IF Black was allowed to castle, after 1. Qa1 O-O-O, Black would have reached a fortress and the game is indeed a drawn (in contrast with what ionadowman claimed in the other thread, although one can argue that 1. Qc6+ wins alright)
