One reasongame. Say I know you and in one of your games you got a mate in two, I could PM you and tell you. This way I wouldn't be able to see that position until you either finished the game or missed the chance. It is a security measure. Maybe it could be said that to delay the view of your game this way shows a paranoiac state of mind, but I'm sure that the situation I stated has happened more than once. |

Don't knownot very common, but I think it is a good feature anyways. |

I chose to delay. In certain other games during that time frame, the move was not so difficult to figure out. So I continued to play when I could, while delaying others. I don't make a habit of this, but it is an option to manage large numbers of games. I think my opponents appreciate being able to play me at my best. Hopefully we are talking about the same thing. Or is there some feature on GK that I don't know about yet? |

This also lets you talk about your game a bit more freely because you've presumably made it out of whatever tactics and strategies were in the position that is available to the public. By the way, I'm just trying to explain the facts and general ideas. I'm not giving my opinion one way or the other (at least not yet). |
