Yeah...
...soon after I made the OP, I went back and managed to find a solution, only to mouse slip when entering it, and made a wrong move, making the puzzle unsolvable because I had made the maximum amount of wrong moves before I posted my note.
So yes, there is a solution.

Quite a nice problem by M. Seckar, White pins his own kNight, but Black has to make a move!
