confusion about puzzle

My puzzle

puzzle #36790 is improved.
But after 2. , Bxc4... white can castle (0-0-0) and there is no mate!
Is there something wrong with me, or with the GameKnot computer?
Please let me know.

Looking at 'alternate solutions'...

It doesn't list 0-0-0 as an option, which probably means that in whatever game you took the
puzzle from, White must have already lost his casting rights earlier...

Somewhere in the "Cosmic Book of Chess Puzzles" it is written that castling is always an option unless explicitly stated otherwise (this "assumption" is what adds an extra zing to certain puzzles).

If you created that puzzle by 'Import FEN' and the FEN contained information that castling is not available, it would be probably not available in the puzzle, too.

I have made the puzzle again,

puzzle #36908, but now I started with a full chess board (beginning of the game) and then castling is working.
