 Time control messed upBeing a gentlemen I didn't cancel the postponement until a few minutes ago. I did so because I'm thinking the postponement inadvertently did something weird to the time controls to make them NOT work properly. Since I cannot contact GK directly any other way to inform them of the problem, I posted it here. Mike you need to know that this did occur. And it is not a mistake on my part. I didn't believe it was really happening until it occured several times in a row over the last day. Feel free to delete this post GK once the problem is solved. But I still would appreciate an update on the situation as a courtesy through private message. Thanks, Ken |

For some reason the links through the site map for contacting GK only take me to question and answers. Your link worked! Thank you very much. P.S. Time controls have been restored now that I have cancel my opponents postponement. At least I know that I will not time out (it had me worried for a while). Making moves with no additional time being added to your clock will do that to you. ...minor problem solved for my game at least...don't know why it happened and not really sure how much time I lost because it took me a while to notice the problem as my clock down further and further. |
