Try changing your IP address if locked-out
My financial institution uses CloudFlare, and two years ago CloudFlare wrongly determined my IP address as being a threat. I reset my Internet router/modem and I was assigned a different external IP address. Good luck with your games if you get locked-out. Worst case you should be able to login using a different device, e.g. someone else's computer or your cell phone.

AI bots, for sure
Web sites are gets blasted by relentless AI bots scraping for training data. They've had the same problem at redhotpawn/dailychess, which has resulted in problems too.
