Using engine
Hi everyone,
I'm pretty new on this website so maybe somebody know how to help me.
Tried to contact customer service about using engines whilst playing correspondence games but found
a wall I couldn't go through.
They say to make formal complaint in box with explanation of the issue (which I did) but then, after
pressing "enter" I was directed to FAQ.
Couldn't find any way to reach customer service. Any idea?

Hi, if you were redirected to FAQ, it suggests that your query is already answered there.

Please read Q. 21 for information on what is and is not considered by GK to be an admissible complaint. They (rightly in my opinion) require a high standard of evidence.

Thanks for response. Read it before and got evidence but how can I tell them?

Hi, it seems a bit fiddly, but if you press ‘make a formal complaint’ in Q 21 of the FAQ and then type ‘make a formal complaint’ in the box, Q 21 will reappear by itself and there is an option to contact GK at the bottom of the text.

Phew! I’m sure there’s an easier way. Good luck!

I think you can just go right to the end of the FAQs and there’s an option to contact GK directly.
