Gameknot layout outdated - small board size
Isn't it time for Gameknot to upgrade there layout style? I'm using a 27inch display and set the chessboard size to 'large'. But it's still pretty small. When I set it on 'very large' the chessboard size is pretty okay on my screen (still much smaller than the normal chess.com board size), but the current GK layout cannot handle this chessboard size and it extends the layout corners which makes the site looks bad. Why is the gameknot layout style still not optimised for the average monitor size nowadays?

Being from the "old school",I actually prefer smaller size boards, then I paste two or three boards
on one screen or a larger game board on two or three screens, one behind the other that I can click and switch to instantly as separate game boards. On special games that require much deeper thought,I have interfaced a full size wooden chess board with my GK games. That board has a magnetic piece and lights on all four corners of each square for OTB play. So,this way,I can have my cake and eat it by using a very large gameboard with the pieces transferred from the GK site to my full sized OTB board.Walking around both sides of the board, rather than flipping
the board on a flat screen has certain psychological advantages, but if you are from the "new school"as opposed to the old school like me that was raised on real chess boards, not computer screens...using any real chess board may take getting used to.

As long as the smaller size boards aren't gotten rid of. When doing tactics or playing live chess, I find it better to have a smaller board (within reason) so as to not chew up too much time moving the mouse.
