I've seen this. And, when this happens, it means that GK is having issues on their end which means that there's nothing that we can do about it. And, that's because the original browser and GK's network could not connect.

Try ping and traceroute/tracert
Last time I got a "CloudFlare" warning I was still able to "ping gameknot.com" and "traceroute gameknot.com" (or "tracert gameknot.com" for windows users), meaning the server was online and their web interface was having problems.
