Computer post-game analysis request pending

Seems like another thing broke! It has been inevitable.

We have paid for the feature, the feature should be supplied.
I have now postponed my games for a fortnight, hoping GK resolve it, otherwise they lose a member who has been here 20 years.
And I don't want to be patronised by a 2500 player.

I acctually do use Komodo and Infinite Analyis for my over-the-board games, but here I just want a quick answer to where I went wrong.
