"Show More Stats" Doesn't Stick
Anyone else having this problem? Recently the "show more stats" option on my profile page stopped "sticking" between sessions. What I mean is, I used to be able to navigate away from a player stats page, and when I came back to any player stats page, the additional statistics would still be showing (or not showing...whatever the previous state is). Now, however, it always comes up with the additional stats hidden. This only appears to be a problem with Firefox (I'm running version 3.0.5). Internet Explorer (version 6) appears fine. This used to work fine with Firefox. I'm wondering if the recent update to Gameknot has something to do with this. I've tried purging all my cookies and private data, rebooting, turning off virus protections...all with no affect. Any ideas? Thanks.

Perhaps your "cookies" are deleted by your browser every time you shut it down. That's the only reason I can come up with. So I would recommend checking your browser's settings and see where that gets you.

The problem seems to only occur when I click "My Rating and Stats" from the main page. And my browser is storing cookies. I see plenty of cookies from the gameknot.com website. Any other thoughts?

Are you really sure that not all of your "privacy data" are deleted automatically on closing the browser? I would check that setting...

On an unrelated note, why is the thread title cut off while longer titles are not? "Show More Stats" Doesn't Stic…

Fixed
It appears GameKnot has fixed the problem. I sent a message to them a couple of days ago, also. Probably a minor bug in the new software. But no more.
