Fix this mini-tournament

Looking at gameknot.com, one can see that it's a invitational tournament whose creator's account has been already closed. However, out of the 9 available spots, only 7 players actually joined that tournament.

In order to remove it's forever 'active' status, I believe gameknot must do either:
1) Change it from 'By invitation only' to your common 'Open for everyone', so 2 more players in that rating range can join; or
2) Make it as a simple 7 players tournament, ending it at once and distributing the appropriate mini-tournament points(7 to pestoduro, 5 to organuz, 3 to anibas and 1 to kapishagarwal), since all the games have ended.

Could you guys do something about it, in order for this mini-tournament move on? Thanks in advance.

Option 2 but different points

I would say close immediately but since they paid 4 points to enter the 9-player tournament and a 7-player tournament is only 3 points, the divided points should be: 8 - 6 - 4 - 2
