I do not understand your comment. Sorry if I offended any one. I am on Gameknot for maybe over 15 years now as I like it and enjoy it.
The tournament and mini-tournament issues in relation to the amount of time they take to be completed is been in debate for million of years but no viable solution has been made.

Swiss
It was me who posted in this old thread. I am not so new at gameknot actually, and in the old days I seem to remember that in the past there were many changes made to the site. So now I was sitting here thinking about tournaments (which I think is the topic of this thread) and kind of surprised that the most common tournament format in 'real life', the Swiss format, is not available on Gameknot!? With all the improvements done you'd think they could have added that.
Is there no interest?

... I do agree that it would be a nice option for GK tournaments. Both GK tournaments and mini tournament are based on a round-robin system, it would be nice to introduce something new!
