Chess Master's of the World needs a co-captain

If you possess a platinum or higher membership and are interested in becoming a co-captain of the team, please contact glennobrien for more information. The reason for this is that I have been the sole captain for several months and the previous co-captain has left the team.

It won't be me. But, after a long while and being lucky with co-captains which you might recall, I'm now in your situation, Glenn. I would've thought that time would resolve your issue since that's how it is with you. But, this was posted almost 3 years ago. So, all I can do is wish you good luck.

In fact, I remember how I got one. Glenn, my suggestion is to invite players to join your team. But, you specifically, want premium members, and not just anyone but ones with the right membership to become a co-captain. So, I type where it says, "This team is looking for", I put in anyone who's kept there timeouts to a minimum. And, I say anyone to be nice, but then I add, but mainly a premium member who wants to become a co-captain.

Right now, I'm busy as next week will be the finale of two singing competitions, and then, I'm going away. But, when this is what I'm going to do when I come back which'll be in early June. Using this approach, prior, has gotten me not one but two co-captains.

You need to sell your Team !

I for example no nothing about you guys ,

Are you deadly serious or do you want fun !

Do you want new members ? Do you want to climb the ladder having fun !
Are all your current guys Active ?

Add a few good things about your Team

If someone like me was looking for a new Team , it looks like I'd have to do all the work finding out about your Team !

Joe has a good idea put an invitation out , I did and we have 7 new players in 5 weeks , and add the co Captain request
Some of the newer Teams go onto ladders and challenge the type of guy you want !
