TEAM PHILOSOPHY: Friendly, relaxed and enjoyable chess. We will win some, and we will lose some. We will climb the ladder, and we will descend the ladder. We will play every team on GK. But we shall have fun with our chess, for "To Win Just Once"... that would be enough...

TEAM MEMBERS to be willing to play between 4 to 12 team games. Please set your preference for desired max number of games in your "Team play settings", on the "TEAMS" page on the main menu, allowing for the system to sometimes permit one more max game, i.e., as 2 games with each new match. Generally, team matches will be constantly paired up to your max preference. If you find your team game load is becoming too much, simply REDUCE your max preference for a while.

TEAM MEMBERS to tick the box for "notify me when a new message is posted in the team forum" so as to be aware of team messages.

Please, NO TIME-OUTS, as this is discourteous to other team members. It also makes it difficult to pair you for matches. Make use of the POSTPONE/vacation setting for times when you are likely to be unavailable.
