Why doesn't the black queen just move to e6? All other positions she is lost, but I couldn't see how if she moves to e6.

3.f5 Qxf5 (other queen moves results in a N fork)
4.Rhf1 Qe6
5.Nxf6+ Kf7

OK, but why not Qe5 rather than Qxf5? That doesn't result in a N fork, whereas Qxf5 can be followed by Nxd6, which actually is a N fork...

You're right, so maybe 3.f5 is wrong. How about

3.Nxd6+ Kd7
4.Nf5+ Bd6
5.Rxd6+ Qxd6
6.Nxd6 Kxd6
