What prevents Kxg4 after Nxg4?
Why not 1.Qf3 Qd-h4 threatening Qxh2 mate?

I assume you meant h2 and not g4, so this is a possibility:

1. Qf3 Nxh2
2. Kxh2 Qh4+
3. Qh3 Bxh3
4. gxh3 Bf2

If 1....Qh4 then White has h3

Thank you. Those were the lines I was thinking along, but I didn't take it as far as you did.
My biggest gripe w/ this puzzle is that there is absolutely nothing preventing Kxh2 after Nxh2!

You're welcome. You're right, there is nothing preventing Kxh2. But if he does, he must accept what happens afterward
